Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Hardware Store, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed.

Once dispatched, your order will usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Local Next Day Delivery

For customers within our local delivery area, we offer a Local Next Day Delivery service.

If your address is eligible for local delivery, this option will be available to select during checkout.

Orders placed using Local Next Day Delivery will normally be delivered on the next working day, subject to product availability.

Click & Collect

You can also choose our convenient Click & Collect option when placing your order online.

Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose the available collection location. We will prepare your order and let you know when it is ready for collection.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided when placing your order are correct.

Some large, heavy or restricted products may have different delivery arrangements. Where applicable, this will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
