Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery for UK mainland (including the Highlands and Islands) normally takes 2-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please allow 5 working days prior to contacting us to chase your delivery. Orders over £40 qualify for FREE DELIVERY unless item is over sized where additional charges will be raised. 5-20kg nationwide including the Highlands and Islands is £20.
Local Delivery
Local delivery charge of £1.95 applies if the delivery address is within 10 miles of our Montrose or Brechin store. Otherwise the standard delivery charge applies. Any orders over £40 qualify for free delivery
Click and Collect
In Store Collection is free of charge. Your goods can be picked up during standard opening hours from the shop (address and opening times are available on the contact page). For security purposes please quote your delivery order number when picking up your goods.
Gift-Voucher Delivery
Gift Voucher delivery for UK mainland is available free using standard Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This option can be used if your order contains gift vouchers ONLY (no limit). If your order contains additional items, another delivery method must be selected.
Restricted Items
The delivery of flammable products (for example gas and solvents) will be on our own vehicles and restricted to within a 10 mile radius of Brechin or Montrose. If you are in any doubt please contact us prior to submitting your order.
