Mr.Fothergill's Poppy Irish Velvet

A wonderful mixture of smooth, velvety, maroon to black flowers with a frothy creamy contrast.

The hardy annual are so easy to grow and reach the height of 90cm.

Sow outdoors from March to May or August to October, where they are to flower, 0.5cm deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered.

Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days. Thin them to 20cm apart and water well until plants are established.
